the value for money was excellent - we got so much for what we paid! Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the great shower. Additionally, the location was perfect, with breathtaking views that added to the overall charm of the hotel. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

This hotel is fashionable and comfy, and the staff was welcoming. The location is amazing, next to public transport, Clermont-Ferrand, and the center. It's also situated in a stunning village area.

The spacious quintuple room with an excellent shower worked perfectly for us, and the location was amazing, right by nature and Vulcania.

Great overnight stop or base for exploring the area. Clean, comfortable room with tea and coffee facilities. Warm despite the cold weather. Amazing view of the Puy de Dôme. Dogs welcome. Helpful young man on reception who served our tasty evening meal. Adequate breakfast and demi-pension great value. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. Compared to other hotels in the area, the prices here were very reasonable. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went out of their way to make sure our needs were met and the rooms were well-maintained. Lastly, the location was perfect. We had a stunning view of the surrounding area, including the Puy de Dome, from our room. we were very pleased with the service, the basic amenities provided, and the delicious breakfast.

We visited the hotel during New Year's Eve and enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the hotel's facilities for kids were impressive, including badminton, trampoline, and a games room. the food was delicious, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. the staff was friendly.

The lack of milk for tea in the rooms, which would have been appreciated. the conservatory room was not quite warm enough during meal times.

The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful walking routes and with a breathtaking view of Puy du Dome from our balcony. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was excellent. It was also very convenient having the on-site restaurant, where we could enjoy delicious local food and a great selection of French beer and wine. it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

The only drawbacks were the lack of information provided at check-in, which almost caused us to miss breakfast on the first day, and the unusually early checkout time of 8am. However, these were minor inconveniences in comparison to the overall wonderful experience.
